Mint Mobile is known as a cell service provider with incredibly low prices, making it a standout for anyone looking to save money. Right now, it’s offering a promotion that can’t be missed: $45 for three months of its Unlimited plan with six months of Paramount Plus Essential bundled in for free.

It’s not unusual to find Mint Mobile on sale — we have a roundup of the best Mint Mobile deals going year-round to catch every single discount available. This offer, however, is unprecedented because it comes with six free months of one of the best streaming services on the market. Whether you stay with Mint Mobile after those first three months of service or not, you get to keep your half-year of Paramount Plus Essential — a $36 value. Existing Mint Mobile Unlimited users can even look forward to an email with a promo code to redeem their streaming freebie as well.

If you’re shopping for cell service, here’s how to score this awesome Mint Mobile deal. It’s a no-brainer, especially if you were already considering signing up for Mint, since this tier is the same price as lower-level plans for your first three months.

How to get the Mint Mobile Paramount Plus deal

To score free Paramount Plus Essential with your Mint Mobile, sign up for Mint Mobile Unlimited. New customers can take advantage of the $15 monthly rate for their first three months, bringing their total to $45. After your initial three months, you’ll be subject to your plan’s full price; for Unlimited, that’s $30 a month.

Mint Mobile Unlimited Data Plan

Mint’s Unlimited plan offers unlimited talk, text, and data, but you’ll be slowed to 4G LTE speeds after using 40GB. New customers can get half off their first three months plus six months of free Paramount Plus with the brand’s ongoing promotion. We recommend signing up for the Unlimited option to score the most savings, since it’s typically the priciest of the lineup.

After you’ve signed up for Mint Mobile Unlimited, you’ll receive an email with a promotion code to redeem your six months of Paramount Plus Essential. You’ll need to sign up for a brand new Paramount Plus account using an email address that has never been subscribed to the streaming service. After your six months are up, the service will auto-renew at full price ($6 a month), but you can cancel anytime.

Who can get the Mint Mobile Paramount Plus deal?

The Mint Mobile Paramount Plus promotion is for new customers who sign up for a new Unlimited plan. However, existing Unlimited customers will also receive an email to their registered address with a promo code to redeem six months of Paramount Plus Essential — no additional actions are necessary.

When does the Mint Mobile Paramount Plus deal end?

Mint Mobile has not announced an end date for this promotion. It kicked off on May 1, and since its end date is indeterminate, we recommend signing up as soon as possible.

Is Mint Mobile worth it?

Mint Mobile’s biggest draw is just how affordable it is compared to other cell service providers. Even after your first three promotional $15 months are up, Unlimited service is still only $30 a month.

Pricing aside, we found Mint Mobile to offer decent quality in our Mint Mobile review. The service’s main drawback is its slower speeds during peak usage, resulting in video quality drops.

Paramount Plus

Paramount Plus is another service we love for its affordability. As our streaming service choice for CBS fans, it’s home to new Paramount films and a huge library of original TV shows. Though it may not have as extensive an offering as other services we’ve tested, it’s still an excellent choice for those looking to save money while still getting a wide range of programming for fans of drama, news, and family content.

The six months you get for free with Mint Mobile Unlimited is an excellent chance to test it out for yourself. Check out our Paramount Plus review to learn more.
